Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer Continuing Education Credit (CECs)?
YES, most of our trainings offer approved continuing education credit hours. The majority are approved from NASW's national office and work in most states, however some of our trainings are approved by individual state NASW offices. Please be sure that your state will accept the CECs before purchasing our trainings.
Do you offer payment plans or discounts?
YES we offer both. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, Klarna, After Pay, and PayLater/PayCredit - lots of ways to pay over time. We also offer packages and bundles for both supervision sessions and trainings that discount the products. Furthermore, we offer periodic sales on trainings, packages and products. What if I have questions? How do I get a live person?
Oh there are so many ways and we WANT to hear from you! In the bottom right part of our website, you can send us a message, or you can click on contact in the footer of the website. Those messages go directly to our team. You can also send us an email at [email protected]. If you have purchased a training, you can also hop in on office hours, where you can meet your trainer live on zoom. Details can be found in the first lesson of your training.
